do you always use anti-static equipment when working on your machine(s)? do you use just a wrist strap or the whole mat kit? or do you not use anything at all? Have you ever flucked something up because of it?
(just had to order a full kit, can't get away with just the strap anymore)

I don't use anything. Never had any problems.
Which is a bit silly really as I have all these out of date condoms lying around...
