Question about sending files over the net.

My friend and i are chatting and we want to send specific files (ones that are about over 20 mb) , we try msn messenger but its very slow , and doesnt use our max upload speed (we use broadband). My question is , are there any some sort of good program where my friend and i can upload files to each other in a faster way , please ?

no , i didnt see the download link, i guess the font of it was small and couldn't notice it.
