Azureus: Even out the upload bandwidth

Hi, I'm just beginning to get used to Azureus 2.2.0.0
Here's my situation...

Right now, I'm seeding about 6 torrents (all with decent amount of peers). I noticed that not all of the torrents are uploading to the peers. It's like each of them are taking turns to seed and then pass on the others (like a round-robin style ).

How do I make all of them upload at the same time like how ABC/G3 Torrent/etc would do (speed is not an issue, i just want all the torrents to upload at the same time)?

It's better to upload not more then 2 torrents @ the same time or your upload speed must be above 100kb/s.
