been reading the gossip and rumor load today about the finnish arrests and shut down of finreactor......kinda scary that torrentbits is offline suddenly with talks about authorities going after netherlands based servers....anyone know anything????

I was there this morning(around 8:00Am Pacific)......It was fine.....................Now(2:15PM pacific) nothing.......even the forum is down.
I kinda liked it for NEW torrents......but it was REALLY over-rated I think

Oh well...........I doubt the P2P community will miss it THAT much as theres a heck of alot more sites for torrents (thank goodness)

TB is hosted in the Netherlands this week there were 2 major Emule sites taken down.
I dunno if TB has been down because they needed to fix something or BREIN (dutch MPAA) was responsible.

if you have a torrent file on your HD from TB it will still work
