Hi,
I've noticed that my clock speed on my the CPU has reduced?!?! Its suppose to be 1.40 but shows as 1.37. This has happened with my RAM its suppose to be 256 but it shows as 254.48?!?
Is there anyway of fixing this and getting the speed back?

Windows xp pro sp2
35gigs
Bought it about 2years ago.
I got these figures from bitcomet, although i've seen this in other software that i've installed which said more or less the same thing. In the system option in control panel it says the ram is 256 cpu 1.40 but this is its maximum not the level at which its actually working.
