I saw Life Aqautic last night at a free screening. That movie is so bizarre its funny. They do some odd filming and dont even hide the fact that everything looks fake lol in fact they do it on purpose.
I liked Willame Defoe character the best. He plays a nerdy German and you can tell he enjoys playing the part.

Note: The feds were at the screening, which I found entertaining. They had there night vision glasses on and was scanning the audiance...geeze I wonder why? lol I noticed no on got escorted out in cuffs.

But I would say go see the movie if you want some odd type adult humor.

should be good if you like rushmore/the royal tenenbaums/bottle rockets
I love his style and rushmore is pretty close to a perfect movie, good acting, good story and a great soundtrack.
I can't wait to see it.

Royal Tenenbaums is one of my favorite movies, and one of the best ever made imo.

Going to see this one in theaters.

I work at a movie theatre, and I always find screenings entertaining. A bunch of big scary guys in tuxedo's show up with a table, and stand in front of the theatre. It feels like an airport, they inspect each guest, using metal detectors and stuff, and they look through your backpacks and purses.

Usually the guys are really strict too, they don't let you in with anything that is considered a recording device, even camera phones that don't record video aren't allowed. In concession we had tons of people leave their cell phones with us because they couldn't take them in.
