if you didn't know i imported a ds and games from hong-kong the price excluding delivery was about £145, then when it came to the door customs asked for about £44

i'm just wondering if i actually owed them that money and if i could get it back

just wondering cos i know you dont need to pay if you do teh booze cruise for personal consumption. but then, france is in the EC
