Has any one encountered a DVDErr message while using Sonic MyDVD 5? and if so, how do you fix it?

I dont know how to do a screenshot, but it says "DVDErr - numbers"

Press you print screen button then open something like ms paint and paste the pic to there, if you have a editor crop the pic to the bit that shows the error and post the image.
