    I just reformat because a friend of my some how got 500 spyware files on computer. I'm running WinXP sp2 and just fucked around with msconfig and missed everything up. I disabled a lot of services and don't which ones to turn back on. Are their any programs that can restore my Windows services to default?

    Look under "services", for the appropriate os.

    If you can boot there's no point of installing some extra software, which is why I gave you a link instead.
