it really pisses me off that for some reason msn thinks it know best when i wanna be viewed as online....... is set it to away, go do something, turn back to my comp, and its at "online" again........
turning the setting "show away if inactive for X minutes" doesnt do anything to help this.........
any way to set it to away permanently? (preferably even as i log in (for if it disconnects)

In MSN 7.0 beta it has the option to "signin as...(away\offline\whatever)"
not sure about the other problem...are you saying it jsut sets itself back to online?

yup......... or maybe i get disconnected, and it auto signs me in again........ but then of course as "online"
isnt there any mod to do this?
