7zip is very good.

im using 7zip too but its almost the same as winrar expect sum time when the options i set fit properly for the compression method!
i can say that i dont know how to use it

Ive used both and 7zip may be just slightly better if any though I prefer WinRAR, just used to it...

winrar has a bit worse performance but we are familiar to...

.7z compression is the best.

RAR with maximum compression, solid archiving and 4096KB dictionary.
