Wait... let me understand this... you get the "page cannot be displayed" error somewhere on the page? The page loads fine, but certain areas of the page don't load? Is that what your saying?
Possible reason: You've installed K-Lite, with the hosts file, and now you get that message instead of ads on certain pages.

internet connection? i doubt it, why would it partially load page? its either the sites u go 2 or some viruses or soemthing

If it just started happening and you can't find anything that might be causing it, look for files recently created in your system folder and google their names, see if something doesn't fit.

IE is useable, but ya go w/ firefox if you want a quick solution.
