    I'm After A chip set Fan Part No MJ401012 - DC12v /0.08A

    Where can i get one?

    There are plenty of chipset coolers to choose from here, the Zalman in silent since it has no fan (very similar to the standard chipset cooler on ASUS boards).

    But all that part number refers to is simply a 40mm fan.

    Once you realise that, Google is your friend.

    I have one of them fans with heatsink attached.
