    Hey Everyone,

Well my AP Lit class has just started on this book and one of our objectives is to Translate the text into modern day English.. And my section is... 'Selection 1: I, i, 92-120 (Horatio on the threat of Fortinbras) and I have been searching google for some but had no luck, so I was wondering if any of you happened to be able to give in a helping hand?

    Thanks in advance,

    -Chris

    try here

I'm not one for doing the work of others, the idea being that you are supposed to do the work, not copy, however there is a whole wide range of essays on the subject cluttering the internet.....

it’s an election with no Democrats, in one of the whitest states in the union, where rich candidates pay $35 for your votes. Or, as Republicans call it, their vision for the future.

I'd post something if I wasn't completely wasted.

things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

I need some homework help. Which sounds better:
Gatsby is an enigmatical character in the first half of the novel and Fitzgerald, through Nick, only gives the reader small bits of information of Gatsby so as to preserve the air of mystery of the title character.

I think they both work to convey what Mr Cheese is trying to say.

However, title character is better since it's much less cumbersome than titular character.
I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

I might use "character who's name appears in the title of the book written in 1925 by Fitzgerald". So as to up my word count.

    Here.

    Horatio:

Dude, I, like, totally know that.
Actually, I heard it somewhere. Remember the last king?
Like, he's a ghost now. We saw him.
And, you know, Fortinbras? He, like, dared Hamlet to fight.
And, like, they were fighting for land or something.
    Of course Hamlet won, duh.
But, like, Fortinbras Junior? He didn't like it.
And so, he's got pirates or ninjas or something.
Dude, we're defending against pirates and ninjas!

    I hope Shakespeare forgives me.
