Does anyone know how to change the background colour to defalt like whiteish grey? Right now the background color is blue and that kind of hurt my eyes when i look at it for a long time. Thanks for any help.

You can see that the top part where the icons are, is in colour. Same as the part where you type your words in.

For "the part where you type your words in":
Go to Format -> Background... Choose colour..
Or
Tools -> Options -> General (tab)
Uncheck "Blue backgroud, white text"

Ok, thanks a lot Ariel, but now only the top part is blue.

how did u get it blue in the first place? is this a fresh install? that's weird that it did it on it's own (if that's what happened).
I don't know, when I installed it, it looked like that.
