yo disenchanted just by saying that rap is all about violence sex and cursing is a really bad generalization. just because people hear about songs like "f the police" they assume all rap is that. all people who listen to rap also aren't stupid - i listen to rap religiously and i'm at a very good college.

ok, groups that don't dwell on 40's, bitches, weed, ect....hmmm, black star, de la soul, arrested development, will.i.am.. and as far as peoples comments, there are stupid people no matter what board or block you are on. it's a little closed minded to just say all of something sucks just because of a few examples you have heard. i would not like rock music if i was to judge it on groups like the meatmen (i.e. cripple children suck), el duce (i.e. butt rapin' man, suck and fuck and cook and clean). if i was to judge based on groups such as these, i would assume they have a serious aryan wanna-be complex going on. and slang? do you speak proper english at all times? i really don't think so.

Whats your point? Do You have one? Is it for or against rappin? If it's for rappin dont bother answerin back but if it IS against rappin then please rephrase the statement so that it makes some fukin seN$e
