Watermark My Personal Home Video

i have a personal home video and i want to share it,but with a label watermark in one of the corners of it.

i recently installed divx(using klcodec pack) and now i play any movie in my wmp i see a divx logo in the south-east corner of the vid,it appears for few seconds and goes away!i want to make something like it on my vid.can anyone help me?

this can be done with Adobe Premiere, but its not the easiest program for movie editing.

and any other small prog that can do it,i mean which is specially known for this watermark thing?.cuz i searched google but what i got is watermarking images!
