There is a part that is very much like Night Of The Living Dead.

By the way, it seems Luis can't die.

I push the bookcases to cover the windows (3) and immediately head upstairs.

I leave Luis downstairs to get ripped up and wait at the top of steps.

As soon as they run up...SHOTGUN FOR THEIR ASS.

After a little bit though they put ladders to the upstairs windows. Try to make your rounds to push the ladders down. A couple times I lobbed incendiary grenades out the windows AND pushed the ladders down.

Eventually they overrun the upstairs and I had to rely on guile to survive.

It only took me 2 tries.

RE4 is a terrific game, i was impressed with everything, including the actual action oriented cutscenes, i mean i usually have myhands off my controller to get a sip or bite of something, but man, everytime i took them away i died, it was funny in a way. i'm used to 2 analog sticks as well so it took alittle getting used to with only one, or just the dpad. if you dont have it, get it. i'd say get it for gamecube, for some reason ps2 seems to be falling short of the other consoles in graphics.

No excuse now....the GC bundle is $70 at Costco. It includes Metroid Prime, 2 controllers, and a memory card.

How far has anyone gotten?

I'm now fighting The Right Hand (the level where have to continuously dodge). I can't believe I'm still on the first disk.

I'll probably beat him tomorrow. Not much time to play unless it's really late.

im at the point where you have to beat krauser, i stopped playing tho, cause i picked up ghost recon 2....and am addicted. halo 2 just isnt as good since GR2.

I'm at Salazar (the little Napoleon fucker).

It's fun if you avoid using rocket launchers. Otherwise it's just one hit.

I have so much money that I can buy what I want.

I have the striker, semi-automatic rifle, broken butterfly, and mine thrower.

They are all almost maxed out.

I must say this game is better than Halo and Halo 2 quite easily.

I also like it better than any GTA game.

damn man, i upgraded to the 45 myself, it's not much more powerful than my suped up butterfly. the striker is godly, and i upgraded the basic 9mm, instead of buying the other gun. i lost alot of money cause i got rid of items instead of selling them back, i mean i had to have the rocket launcher so i dropped the stocks of some guns .

I beat the bosses with and without the rocket launcher (saved before hand).

Playing with the rocket launcher makes the bosses to easy.

I beat the game yesterday btw.

The last boss, Saddler, is wayyyyyyyyyy to easy.

I also beat Assignment Ada which unlocks after beating RE4.
It's kinda the old Survivor game. Ammo is very limited and she has no knife so you have to use bullets to open crates.
