Maxthon vs. Firefox (What do you think is better?)

I have some questions about Firefox, first of all i downloaded it and everything.

But every 5 minutes this Firefox User Agen thingy keeps coming up asking me to put my e-mail in and other crap. Some quality feedback agent.......

How do you turn this shit off damit.

I hve been using Maxthon for a while( started with MyIE). I have found only two problems with Maxthon. It doesnt support Google toolbar and its not as fast as Firefox. But is use maxthon becaz of the options i have. Tab options are far better than firefox. There are small buttons at the bottom in the status bar is very helpful while browsing.
