Remote Control Codes

Anyone know the remote control codes for PS2 AND Xbox. I wanna use a universal remote.

I remember asking about the PS2 before but can't find the thread.

I'm not sure if they control game consoles...

I'd call the company first and ask. I bought my PS2 off of eBay several years ago and the person I bought it from had a parental password set. I had to call Sony to get the password reset code. They know stuff like that.

I don't think you'll find the codes anywhere but in the universal remote's manual. If it doesn't have them than you should be able to let it "learn" the codes by pressing the button like 200 times. This is just from my experiences with a TV though, so I don't know how it would work with a game console.

i have an universal remote for the xbox...

if your using the m$ dvd dongle, the code should be the same as the rca-dvd code, can't remember right now, but look it up on the remote's manual...

can't help you with the ps2, as i don't own one....

So Xbox = an RCA code
