    whats up guys been a long time....
    unplugged all outside sources.. puter keeps rebooting after windows load screen???

    You have to give a LOT more information if you want some help. What are your system specs, what operating system are you using? When did this start to happen? Did you do anything? (Usually these things don't just happen on their own) Do you get an error message before/when your computer reboots? Have you done virus/spyware checks?

    was watching tv tuner no internet hookup bam started rebooting over and over

    boot to safe mode (before xp loading screen repeatedly tap F8 until a menu apears, then click safe mode).
    if it boots there then it's a software/driver problem most liekly.

    once in safemode right click my computer>porperties>advanced>startup and recovery 'settings'>uncheck "automatically restart"

    then restart the computer normally and instead of the restarting you will get a BSOD (blue screen)...write down the info it gives you and post it here.
