Thread: Small but annoying problem

    No matter what browser I use, no pages ever scroll smoothly. I get these flickering sort of black lines that are horizontal and appear when I scroll up or down, they’re not huge or anything, but they are noticeable and cause the browser to sort of stutter. It also happens when I watch DVD’S (any sort of rip works fine, HDTV ect) but shop bought DVD’s do the line thing too

    Does anyone know what I mean? And how to fix it?

    graphics drivers installed and working properly? Your computer isn't really old/slow is it?

    I get this as soon as i install Windows, its because my Nvidia drivers arn't installed and my card is using teh crappy unsupported Windows shyte.

    i have on board graphics atm, the computers about 2 years (should it still do it?)

    Uninstall Drivers
    Install Drivers
    No it shouldnt.

    What onboard graphics? Perhaps a motherboard model number would help?

    Ya, you definately need the video card drivers.

    I, too, get this immediately after installing windows (or any other time when there are no video card drivers installed).
