    Hi, there is this girl that contacts me via MSN,
    but I suspect that could be someone I know, trying to play a trick on me, so I thougt that if I can find what is her IP, I can cmpare it with the person I know.

    Is there a way to doit?

    Just expand MSN in NetLimiter if you have it or do a netstat...

    if you do try the netstat route, make sure you don't have any p2p clients running, or you'll be there all day lol

    you have to send her a file to establish a direct connection since all chat traffic goes through microsoft proxies you will only get they proxy's ip.
