Stargate Atlantis Query?

I read in Gateworld in the episode The Siege Part 2 that Earth's new battle cruiser, the Daedalus is en route to Atlantis. Can someone tell me what the ship looks like and where earth aquired it becasue i only know of Promethus and never heard of the Daedalus?
