The New PSP, Will it play movies?

Hi,

Just seen one of those new sony PSP's and they look great (bye bye Gameboy sp). And read somewhere that they will play movies too, I wonder if you will be able to burn movies to a disc from your PC?
How Good Will That be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone know when its out in UK?

I don't think it'll play movies but from what I've seen/heard, it'll be better than Ipod (as in play mp3's and store more than Ipod)

so yes, it's definitely gonna kick ass.

It will play movies. They even said they might be making an addon? to be able to use it as a mobile phone.

It plays games, movies and MP3s. It also supports the memory sticks compatible with Sony products so convert the movies right and you'll be able to play any movie too (provided it's not too big for the stick)

yeah i wonder how big those sticks go to?
I'll investigate.....
Also I wonder if they will make burnable discs? then again i doubt it
