Whats a good & cheap UK online pc shop

I'm considering buying a new laptop, and am going to England pretty soon.
I was wondering if any of you know a good & cheap online shop
or
also one of those sites which compare prices between shops to find the cheapest one.

However, there's a potential problem with using your credit/debit card in this situation. Online suppliers can only deliver to the same address as the cardholder for the first delivery - it is part of their agreement to prevent fraud.

If you are going to be in the Bradford/Leeds area try CCL. You can go to their premises and buy the same things. Prices are slightly higher in the shop but it works out cheaper because you don't pay for shipping. Or you can order by phone (not online) and collect it - queues to place your order in the shop can be quite long, especially at weekends.

You can also buy from the shop(s) from Micro Direct if you are going to be near Manchester. I imagine there are others that will do this but I can only comment on one's I've used myself.

Where are you now?
It may be cheaper to get your laptop where you are and carry it to England.
I hear that most of the computers in England are still coal powered anyway, you could probably do better elsewhere.

Upon occasion I have an excess of natural gas myself...never thought to harness it's power.

These people have sites in all kinds of places (they have a dutch one too), and I have ordered from their Swedish branch at least, so I know they work.

And the pricing has been decent. At least here.

problem is i would like a sony and norway lacks enough humans reproduction (of course) for sony to offer all products in norge
