Can't Play File In WMP/Winamp/BS

I've downloaded a video from the net with the extension .mpeg and it won't play in any of the 3 players mentioned in the subject though it plays fine in MPC and VLC...

All other .mpeg's work fine but this one doesn't...

I've got the Mega Codec Pack installed with the default options and I can't see a problem there.

VLC says the audio codec is mpga and the video is mpgv which is the same as other videos that work just fine...

I want it to work in BS player because it's the only one I know how to take screen caps with...

It will play in Videolan and MPC because they use 'their own' filters. means you dont have the correct codec installed.
