Lyrics in Video editing

is there a way of adding lyrics into a music video using sony vegas 5.0 or windows movie maker?

and also, u guys know those really old disney movie sing-alongs with the lyrics and a little ball bouncing on the words? is there any way of doing that with sony vegas or some other program?

i have never tried it but u can add subtitles as lyrics!
