and change the cd-key using a crack

to my knowledge only a few keygen actully really generate unique keys
most of em are just random pre-used keys displayed from a list one at a time

NO keygen has ever generated a real cd key. Most of the time the keys in a generator are from legal brought copies and people have donated there keys. Or the keygen only works because the game has been cracked (Added code into the installer so that it excepts keys that are ****-****-****-RLD1. If you look at a key provided by say RELOADED the key always ends with RLD0, RLD1, RLD 2, RLD3 and so on, these are keys that have been coded into the installer for the cracked version so that the game will except them.

NO keygen will ever make a legal unique key that will let you play online. The only way to play online with a copy is if the game doesnt check the cd key or a release group takes time to crack the servers and enginer a crack that creates cracked servers. LAN play is usually okay because its not checked with the online servers for the key.


Basically NO you cannot play WarCraft 1, 2, 3, World Of WarCraft of any of there expansion packs online without a cd key.

Which keygen? There are hundreds of XP keygens? Microsoft does not check your cd key online, not even when you get updates so no need for a unique cd key. I doubt it highly that there is a cd key maker that makes uniques because all a keygen is, is a nice GUI that reads from an inbuilt text file. So they would need a few hundred million working cd keys into one text file. How would you get all the keys? And who would spend all there time coding it for no reason?

No because when you learn to keygen apps, you can find the algorithm that checks if the key is valid and use that to make the keygen. I'm guessing with with games like CS, warcraft etc. the Key is validated online so it isn't possible to debug whatever program is running on the server to validate the cd key.

Yes, groups reverse engineer games and apps to work out cd keys that work, however they usually only do 20-30 and think usually a few million people have used the release before you and as soon as two of them try online with the same key at the same time its blacklisted. Making the key unusable online.
