    I can't seem to get a definite answer.

    I know that file sharing is illegal, where you have uploaded songs to let other people access, but is just downloading a song, say, Burning Down the House by the Talking Heads, going to get you fined?

    Thats's exactly what I use TwistedUK.
    I don't get that many blocks though...I do usually get every 2 hours or so a Connection Rejected from National Space & Ar(blah SP) Administration. [NASA?] I think thats kind of wierd.
