Thread: Iso files onto dvd-rw?

  1. #1
I have a collection of iso files and was wondering is it possible to put all of these files onto one cd instead of separare cds. I intend to use a dvd-rw cd. If so how do i do it.

    Cheers

Yes, however remember these ISO files will not auto boot up.

You can save the iso images on a DVD-RW but they would only be a backup. You may as well just burn them directly to CD-R.

    Btw. A DVD is a DVD and a CD is a CD. A DVD isn't a CD.

Ok. I have downloaded 4 iso files. Now instead of using 4 cds i used a dvd-rw and used a program called Copy to DVD to write the iso files onto the dvd (thus saving cd's). Now when i put the dvd into the dvd rom drive to run it, i doubled clicked on cd1 first then later on the rest of the files but none of the files opened. They were still in their iso format and everytime i clicked on one of them the copy to dvd program opened asking me to write it onto dvd but i already did that. Can anyone help me.

    Cheers

Like we said the files will not auto run. You will need to mount the ISO files with Daemon Tools, also get Nero to do your burning.
