    0....cos I don't like it, I can even tell if there is only a little incy bit in my tea..makes me wanna puke. Also, I found when I did take sugar (many moons ago), that you can't taste it once you have eaten a biscuit and so is a waste of time anyway.

    I like it sweet so i put in like 3.
    I should probably use less but i rarely drink coffee or tea anyway so it doesn't matter much.

    Just to be awkward I take half a spoonful of organic unrefined sugar, but only if I feel like I need the rush.

    And sometimes if I'm really knackered I'll have caffeinated tea/coffee
