Civ3 patch

Does anyone remeber which patch for Civilization 3 speeds up production in cities, and cuts the price for upgrading soldiers...and things like that. I had it before, but accidently deleted it when reinstalling Windows.
Now I downloaded all that I found but it still takes like 10 turns for worker or worrior and every turn is like 50 years instead of 20...

It's been a while since I played Civ 3 but it isn't a patch you need it's a mod isn't it?

Apolyton used used to do some great mods for Civ 3 maybe check them out?

It was definetlly a patch. I was doing some search and found something about 1.6 patch, but I can't find it anywhere to download, not official and fan sites anyway. I gues the patch is old, but it was so much nicer to play like that.
