notepad's "go to" command is disabled

how do i enable the notepad's Edit -> Go To...? it's winxp btw.

It only works if you turn word wrap off.

Notepad2 is that sparsely posted is the best.
It's what I use for website programming stuffs, cause it has syntax hilighting.

and transparancy mode, and row/column numbers, and resizable text, and always-on-top mode, and about 9999 other things too
