I suppose it all depends on which doctors/hospital you attend and what equipment they have.
When we go for our scans we get to see the baby move on the monitor but only get still pictures.
It does look like 15 took his video camera in with him and made a "cam"...i say this because of the black lines
I love watching the heart beating, which can be seen on that image quite clearly
