Conversion problem

right, I have download Troy from ares. It plays fine but when I try to convert it using Tmpgenc V2.5/3.0 express I get this message:

File "C:\Documents and Settings\nadim\Desktop\brad pitt - troy dvd rip xvid.avi"

cannot open, or unsuported.

I have Klite codec pack and nimo.

I can the same error message for other Films to!

First of all, having multiple codecs packs isn't good. Uninstall both and then install K-Lite again.

Nimo is old and can cause lots of troubles.
