My rule of thumb is this. If someones asks a computer question I can answer, then it must be a very obvious joke to everyone but me.

System Info just provides basic information. The program that Harsh recommended that I use was just what I was looking for. It provides many more details.

The task manager doesn't explain what the processes are. I guess I could google them one by one but that would take a while. I guess there isn't a program that can tell you what they are and what they are doing....
