HELP my comps being a bi***

hey i need help with my computer cuz its been running at about half the speed it usually does lately. in task manager theres always 2 iexplorer.exe's running and i dont even use IE but when i exit them it speeds up the comp again. can i get rid of these completely or do they have to be there?? plz help

it must be some spyware or trojans/viruses.
do scans for spyware and viruses.
