that's why it's so hard to maintain a decent ration on sites like oink--everybody's trying to get upload credit, so there're always a ton of seeders and very few leechers.

Luckily everyone can upload there own torrents on oink so it's not that hard to have a good ratio there.
filelist.org is a good private tracker but they never can allow new people to sign up with them
