My dad is doing research on Arabic words/letters that are used in Malay language. On certain letters, like dhal and dod kinda similar if in transliteration using Roman alphabets. To differentiate this two letters, my dad wants kinds of letter D to represent the Arabic letters. So, for dhal will be D and for dod will a D with a dot below the letter. Same goes to sin and sod, ta and thoa, dzal and zai, etc.

Is there any font to represent this kind of letters?
