outlook 2003

hi, when sending an e-mail through outlook 2003, in the 'to' bit where the e-mail address is to be input, it stores all the old e-mail addresses and i would just like to know how these can be erased individually. thanks

thanks, all i had to do was highlight the address i wanted to delete using the arrow keys and then press the delete key!!. thanks for the links because i wouldnt have known that without them.
