when the page you want is open hit the alt key and the print screen key at the same time, this will copy the image to the clipboard, then you must open paint or any other image editor and paste the image, using one of the paint tools edit out things like your IP address. then upload the images to http://www.imageshack.us/
post the link and your all set...
The person inviting you will also need your email address as well so do not forget this...
