    i installed powerdvd 6 but when i double click it the app doesnt come up (since the app doesnt come up i cant put in my serial either). its under the processes tab in task manager but not the apps tab. i uninstalled, ran a reg scan, and reinstalled but its still not fixed. why is it doing this?
