There's [Z-cultFM], which is a bittorent tracker dedicated to comics and mangas.
Requires registration though.

Last I checked they didn't do torrents any more

They do have a room on irc tho'.

They still do torrents but you have to register on the forum and post at least once to see the links to the trackers (which aren't very stable, I know, but it's still better than nothing!)

Yeah, you are right, it's back, yay.
I was pretty disappointed when they posted a notice about shutting down a while back.

eMule combined with http://www.comic-central.cc/ is pretty good imho.

I check torrentspy.com for anything with DCP in it, never miss a thing.
