UK prices are about £23 ($40) for a pack of 10 of the cheapest available. Well known brands (Verbatim, TDK, Infiniti) are about double that price.
No idea how much they will be in Singhapore.

I pay about $6.00 a piece online from supermediastore or meritline. Both companies offer international shipping but I since I'm local....

Locally, here in the US, you can expect to pay from $8-12 each for a Dual Layer DVD-/+R/W.
