Alright! A new package! This one is from Damnatory!!

    Lets see...

Ah, me and the box! This is the largest box I've recieved to date!

I slice the neatly placed tape, and open the flaps

Look at all of this wonderful packaging-paper!! YEA!!

    Here's the treasure!

    The note read:
    Infested Cats’: Send me stuff!!!

    Matt,
Okay so I wasn’t really sure what to send you, so to begin with I was gonna send just some random things from around the house… When it came down to the question: “Fork or No Fork?” I decided to get a little more crafty… 

    So included:

GhostBusters – For Nintendo! Classic! (My signature is on the cartridge&#33

Bundle of tiny Glowsticks – to settle that late night urge for funky colors.

Alcohol dispensing cap – Enjoy not spilling your alcohol when you’ve gotten to drunk.

Sharpie Permanent Marker – You always need a Sharpie for something…

Just to make things interesting I included a light bulb, see if it still works!

Hope you enjoy, nice idea by the way. Finding a single item (or many) to send from person to person would be a great idea, I heard mention of this earlier in your thread… Just think of all the miles you could put on that item!!!

Talk to ya on the forum!

    Richard (Damnatory)

Rest assured, the lightbulb still works!

Here's the CD that was included

    Now here's Damnatory's Pictures:

Thanks again Damnatory! Another great package!

this experiment is excellent. I forgot about the sleeves the old nintendo games came in, they rocked!

What company was used to send the package? (can't tell from the logo) - i'm impressed the bulb made it there in one piece and in working order.

    keep it up guys.

(i like the step-by-step commentary on the moment of opening the packages)

I was VERY surprised the light bulb survived. I worked for the post office for about a year and have seen how packages get handled and kicked and thrown around. I allways said i would never ever send a parcel via the post services, but i just broke that promise i guess

    Peace

OK, I got my stuff, got my photos, and I'll send them tomorrow.

As for sending something from person to person, here's a little story from way back ...

It was about 1975-ish. I was staying in a hostel on the Dutch\ German border, waiting for a "Magic Bus" ride to Morocco. I was sharing a dorm with a couple of Englishmen. One of them gave me a book, "The Book Of Paradox" by Louise Cooper. He told me it was the best book he'd ever read, and wanted to pass it on to me. He said he had been given it in Amsterdam by a Canadian girl, who had asked him to sign it then pass it on, with the instructions to ask the next person to do the same. Inside the front cover were seven names. The book had been all round Europe. I read it on the bus, it really was cool , the ending was brilliant. I gave it to an Australian girl in Casablanca with the same instructions I was given, she was flying back the next day, and vowed to give it to someone on their way to the Americas. That book may well be still winging it's way around the world, I'd like to think so, and I'd like to think 100's of people had read it.

Yea! It might as well be Christmas, because UKman's package came today (11/17/03) from Sweden!

Lets get to the good stuff:

Here we are, me and my good friend, Mr. Cardboard Box.

As usual, I slice through the weak packaging-tape

Uh... Is this a bag of Weed?...

    Lets find out!!

No drugs, but definatley some treasure!

    The note UKMan sent read:
    Hello Matt

    1 Pair Bycycle clips.
    1 CD Marker
    1 Web Dream Catcher
    1 Diskette With Photograph
1 Used Disney interactive Crap CD
1 Wallet from Japan made with Rice Paper. It was a gift from Joan Jett to me in the 80's
    1 Christmas Card

Good luck with the collection, and best of British from Sweden! HA! HA!
