I think you must be rodding me, but just in case:
There are 3 types of star.
Maybe the members and moderating team could decide which stars are best. A poll could be used.
You could set this poll up.
I would do it but I don't have the necessary perms to do so in this section.

Option #2 rawks, option #3 is okay but a bit cartoony and bunched while option #1 is plain awful.
