For somereason when ever i press the burn button on any mode it says that i need to enter a proper disk when the disk is fine. I eject and put it back in and it reads that there is a disk and ok's it and then i get the same error.

But i can use the drag to disc.

    Help?

Use another disk or uninstall and reinstall Roxio.

With out trying to sound like a bash roxio post , but I never did get it to work properly. I switched to nero , but sometimes still use the windows burning app. That Roxio is a bit of a resource hog and takes for ever to format a cd-rw. Have you tryed unistalling as VB suggests and run a regcleaner. Then reinstall ? Mabye check Roxio's support.

My personal opinion with burning software is that they're all pretty much junk. I did however find a version of Nero that has worked OK *crosses fingers* for some time now. Try Nero. If it works good, keep it and don't upgrade it, that's what I've done.

    yo

That's pretty much what I've done as well. Roxio fucked up for me too for some unknown reason, so I just got rid of it and switched to Nero. Roxio's more hassle than it's worth.

Or mabye try an older version if you don't have a dvd -rw . And don't need all the bells and whistles .
