I've seen 12:34 quite a bit over the years. It's even creepier when you have a digi clock that displays the seconds, so you get 12:34:56.

Have you ever noticed sometimes when you look at a clock with the seconds displayed, when you first look at it, it seems to stop for more than a second... then, just as you think it's busted or the battery is flat...*tick*?

I see that a lot more than freaky number combinations. It's like the little guy who lives inside the watch is slacking off when your attention is elsewhere.
When he sees you looking at the time, he takes just a little bit too long getting back to work. Damn lazy little sod.
