If it has the same gameplay of Wolf:ET then i'd definately consider getting it. I've been playing ET for like, 5 years now and even though the spark has faded a bit it's still an awesome game.
I just hope the min. specs aren't too high

If anyone's interested, Gamespot did a really good review on ET:QW, you can find it here.
I'm really looking forward to this game, hopefully it won't riddled with bugs like Battlefield 2 is.
